TERMS OF SERVICE

INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the website joujoubotanicals.com (referred to as “JouJou”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting our site and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The seller is JouJou vl. Nikolina Firm, Špoljarci 4, Zagreb, Croatia. The buyer is considered any person who visits the website, places an electronic order, and makes payment through one of the accepted payment methods.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. All credit card information is encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the website or its services without our written permission.

ORDERING

Products are ordered online by adding them to the basket and completing the checkout process. Prices shown on the website do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. While we carefully manage our inventory, products may occasionally run out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to offer the option of waiting for the new stock, choosing another product, or receiving a refund. Orders are considered confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.

Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the package has been collected by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled and covered by our return policy. In cases where a customer cancels the delivery from their end, or the package is not accepted and is returned to us, a return fee may apply.

PAYMENT

We accept most major debit and credit cards, processed securely through Shopify Payments. JouJou never has access to your complete card details. Depending on your country, different payment options are available, and these will be shown at checkout. If a payment option is not visible during checkout, this means it is not available for your country.

Cash on delivery (COD) may be disabled for customers who have previously failed to accept delivery of their order.

For bank transfer payments, the order will be processed and shipped once the payment has been received and confirmed in our account. Items are reserved for one business day. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

INVOICES

All invoices are sent electronically to the email address used during checkout.

DELIVERY

Orders are usually shipped within one to three working days. Delivery times depend on your location. More information is available in our Shipping Policy. If an order is returned because the buyer refused delivery, JouJou reserves the right to request reimbursement of the shipping costs and may also refuse to process future orders from the same buyer.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Every package is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, this must be reported immediately to the delivery person. PRE-ORDERS

When a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Orders containing pre-ordered items will be shipped once all products in the order are available.

REFUNDS AND COMPLAINTS

At JouJou we want you to be completely satisfied, which is why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Full details are available in our Refund Policy. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can send a complaint to info@joujoubotanicals.com, including your order number and contact details. EU customers may also use the official EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed on joujoubotanicals.com. They are valid for two years from the date of purchase, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. If the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid using another available payment method. Expired Gift Cards cannot be reactivated or refunded. Please treat Gift Cards as cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

COUPONS

Coupons are valid under the terms stated at the time of issue. They cannot be applied retroactively to past orders and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other promotions.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate, but small variations may occur. Information on our website is provided for general purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. JouJou is not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before making any purchase.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, Croatian courts shall have jurisdiction.
