GENERAL INFORMATION

We provide tracked shipping to a wide range of countries, and we continuously update our list of available destinations. If your country is not listed, please email us at info@joujoubotanicals.com and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically range from 2–7 business days within Europe and 3–10 business days for international destinations.

SHIPPING PRICES AND FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds depend on your location. Exact rates and free shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our base currency is Euro (€). Customers shopping in other currencies (such as PLN) will see shipping costs automatically converted at checkout.

PACKAGING

We take pride in our eco-friendly packaging, which is completely plastic-free, including the tape we use. Every package is carefully inspected before being handed over to our delivery partners. Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the shipment. If there is any damage, report it immediately to the delivery person.

If you do not receive your order or a delivery notice within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in locating your shipment.

INVOICE DELIVERY

Invoices are sent via email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not see the invoice in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

CUSTOMS

All orders are shipped from the EU. Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

For all deliveries outside the EU, we ship exclusively with DHL Express. Before the package arrives, DHL will contact you by email or SMS with information about any applicable import charges, along with a secure link for payment. The package will be delivered once these charges have been settled.

While we cannot influence local regulations or customs procedures, we always provide the required documentation to help ensure smooth and timely delivery. If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
