30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At JouJou, your satisfaction is our priority. We believe you should have enough time to try the product, and if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we want to hear about it.

This is our promise: If you wish to return a product ordered from us, you can send it back anytime within 30 days, and we will refund you in full. And that promise applies even if the product has been used. You may also choose whether you prefer a refund or store credit.

For our customers outside the EU: due to customs import procedures, physical returns are not possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@joujoubotanicals.com, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND

Send us an email at info@joujoubotanicals.com with your name, contact number, order number, invoice number, and the name of the product(s) you wish to return. Returns should be sent to the following address:

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• We accept new or used products (used up to 30%).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• This guarantee applies only to orders placed directly on joujoubotanicals.com and not to purchases from third-party resellers (other webshops or physical stores).

• Returning packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order.

REFUND PROCESS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@joujoubotanicals.com.

LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note that customers within the European Union are legally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee goes beyond this legal requirement and is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
