These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints about products offered on and (hereinafter JouJou webshop). JouJou webshop can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules. The seller is "JouJou owner Nikolina Firm” (hereinafter referred to as JouJou), and the buyer is a visitor to this site who fills in an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.


The customer orders the product or products via an electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and sends the order. All prices are expressed in Croatian kuna KN and EUR, and they include VAT. Prices are expressed without shipping costs, which are calculated at the end of the purchase. Goods are ordered in electronic form, by clicking on a specific product and storing it in a basket. At all times we carefully track our stock inventory, but there always is a possibility that some product runs out of stock. In the unlikely event, your order is out of stock we will contact you to make you aware, you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, make another choice or accept a refund. The goods are considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and confirms the method of payment. If the visitor or user does not have an e-mail address or enters an incorrect one or for technical reasons cannot receive an e-mail, the seller is not obliged to try to inform the user about the order or any other details related to the order (delivery, payment, refund, complaint, etc).


We accept most major debit and credit cards like MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa, or Diners. Your card data is safe, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, according to the up-to-date cryptographic technology.
B-Payment d.o.o. (part of Borgun group - - Kapucinski trg 5, 42000 Varaždin, Croatia) ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you use the payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to B-Payment employees.
For buyers in Croatia, payment can also be made when picking up the goods (cash on delivery). The payment method can be selected when creating the order, and it is not possible to change it later.
Buyers in Croatia can also pay by bank transfer. With this type of payment, the package will be sent after the payment is visible on our balance sheet.
The prices are displayed both in EUR and HRK, but the payment is settled in HRK (Croatian Kuna) according to the middle exchange rate (link: If you pay by a credit card issued in Croatia, the payment is made in HRK and the amount shown is final, without any conversion costs.
When paying with credit cards issued outside Croatia, a small conversion fee could be charged to the Buyer, according to the exchange rate set by your card operator. As a consequence of the conversion (conversion of the price from HRK into the local currency of the Buyer), there is a possibility of a difference in the price you see on the website and in your bank statement. The Buyer bears the cost of conversion when converting currencies. 


Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Delivery in Croatia is done by GLS while in the rest of the EU we use various couriers via the Eurosender platform. We take pride in our packaging, each package is carefully examined before handing over to our delivery partners. When you receive the order, please check the condition of the shipment and in case of damage immediately report it to the delivery person.
If you don’t receive the goods or the delivery notice, within the expected time, please contact us so we can assist you with locating the shipment.
In the event where the buyer refuses to receive the goods ordered, the seller has the right to ask the buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery. If the buyer who refused to receive the goods re-orders the goods through the JouJou webshop, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge delivery costs from the previous shipment of uncollected goods.


If you have any complaints or in case of damaged goods, please send us a photo along with your complaint to in order to speed up the process. These damages do not refer to visible external damages when picking up the package from the delivery person.
We take pride in our products, as well as our packaging. Every package will be sent in perfect form and we expect our partners to deliver it in the same manner to you. If the goods are damaged during the delivery and if the buyer sees a reason for complaint due to manipulation in delivery, this should be immediately reported to the deliverer. Unfortunately, the seller will not be able to accept complaints related to transport and delivery reported after delivery is finished.
