INTRODUCTION

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints about products offered on www.joujoubotanicals.com (hereinafter JouJou webshop). JouJou webshop can be used for your private use without any fees for use, and according to the following conditions and rules. The seller is “JouJou vl. Nikolina Firm” (hereinafter referred to as JouJou), and the buyer is a visitor to this site who fills in an electronic order, sends it to the seller, and makes payment by credit card any other form of payment accepted on the site.

ORDERING

The customer orders the product or products via an electronic order form. A customer is considered to be any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information, and sends the order. Prices are expressed without shipping costs, which are calculated at the end of the purchase. Goods are ordered in electronic form, by clicking on a specific product and storing it in a basket. At all times we carefully track our stock inventory, but there always is a possibility that some product runs out of stock.

In the unlikely event your order is out of stock, we will contact you to make you aware, and you will have the choice to wait for the new batch, chose another product or accept a refund. The goods are considered ordered after the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail. If the visitor or user does not have an e-mail address or enters an incorrect one or for technical reasons cannot receive an e-mail, the seller is not obliged to try to inform the user about the order or any other details related to the order (delivery, payment, refund, complaint, etc).

SECURITY OF PAYMENT

We accept most major debit and credit cards like MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa, or Diners. Your card data is safe, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, according to the up-to-date cryptographic technology. Our payment provider partner (Mollie) ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you use the payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. 

For buyers in Croatia, payment can also be made on delivery (cash on delivery). The payment method can be selected when creating the order, and it is not possible to change it later. Buyers in Croatia can also pay by bank transfer. With this type of payment, the package will be sent after the payment is settled on our balance account.

INVOICE DELIVERY: Invoices are enclosed in the package.

DELIVERY

If you do not receive the goods or a delivery notice within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in locating your shipment.
In the event that a buyer does not accept delivery of the goods ordered and the order is retuned to the seller, the seller reserves the right to request reimbursement from the buyer for all costs associated with the delivery. Furthermore, if a buyer who previously refused delivery re-orders the same goods through the JouJou webshop, the seller retains the right to decline processing the new order. Additionally, the seller may charge the buyer for the delivery costs incurred from the previous shipment of the uncollected goods.

PRE-ORDERERS

When a product is available for pre-order, you will see the option on the product page. Orders with pre-ordered items will be shipped once all products are available

SHIPPING ISSUES

We take pride in our products, as well as our packaging. Every package will be sent in perfect form and we expect our partners to deliver it in the same manner to you. If the goods are damaged during the delivery and if the buyer sees a reason for complaint due to manipulation in delivery, this should be immediately reported directly to the delivery person. Unfortunately, the seller will not be able to accept complaints related to transport and delivery that are reported after delivery is finished.  

Nevertheless, if you have any complaints or in case of damaged goods, please send us a photo along with your complaint to info@joujoubotanicals.com, and we will do whatever we can to make it right.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

In case you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can file a complaint with JouJou via e-mail to info@joujoubotanicals.com. To be able to address your issue ASAP, please don’t forget to state the invoice number, your name, and your surname. We want satisfied customers, so we are sure that we will resolve your possible complaints to mutual satisfaction. GENERAL INFO

JouJou reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered at the time of purchase. If you notice an error on the page, please e-mail us at info@joujoubotanicals.com in order to correct it as soon as possible. The laws of the Republic of Croatia and the EU apply to the JouJou webshop.

STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY

We do not assume any responsibility for how you use the product. Product descriptions are not medical advice nor advice for diagnosing or treating preexisting medical conditions. The publications stated on Joujou webshop or our social media may not be considered a sufficient basis for making medical, personal, financial, or business decisions. JouJou does not guarantee that the photos of the product fully match the look of the product itself. Though all descriptions are checked regularly and in detail, we are not responsible for possible unintentional errors in the product description.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards can only be purchased online and can only be redeemed on www.joujoubotanicals.com. The Gift Card can be used to pay for the full value or part of the value of the selected Products and/or Services. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed against the purchase of another Gift Card. If a purchase is not completely covered by a Gift Card, an additional payment method as offered on the Site can be used to complete the purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

When purchasing a Gift Card on JouJou webshop, the Gift Card will be sent to the selected email address you provide for the Recipient or directly to the Buyer (if “Send to me” option is selected), immediately after the purchase is completed or at the date picked. JouJou will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery. The Buyer is obliged to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the provided email address cannot be confirmed, JouJou reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the Gift Card.

A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A Gift Card may not be topped up with additional funds.
A Gift Card is valid for two (2) years after the date of purchase. The expiration date is stated in the email containing the Gift Card. After the expiration date, the Gift Card cannot be used for a purchase, cannot be reactivated and the remaining value cannot be reimbursed. JouJou has no obligation to remind or inform the Buyer or the Recipient of a Gift Card’s expiry and it is the sole responsibility of the holder to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

The client (Buyer or Recipient) is obliged to retain an expired Gift Card in the event the Client wishes to return a purchase. Any products
or services paid for using a Gift Card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited on the existing or a new Gift Card. If the total to be refunded is more than paid for by using a Gift Card, then the remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other payment method used by the Client ( e.g. credit/debit card or other payment methods, such as Paypal). JouJou cannot be held liable for Gift Cards that are lost or stolen. We advise treating the Gift Card as cash. Gift Cards remain the property of JouJou who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
